Global Partnerships and Influencer Manager – FMCG
Amsterdam, Hybrid Working
€80,000 – €120,000
Our client, a well-known global FMCG brand who are embarking on a digital transformation, are looking for a talented Partnerships and Influencer Manager who will be responsible for driving brand’s salience and growth on a global scale.
In this role you will lead the development and implementation of the brand’s partnerships and influencers strategy by identifying, negotiating, developing and managing partnerships and influencer opportunities.
Responsibilities
● Identify, evaluate, and cultivate strategic partnerships with relevant brands, organizations, platforms, and media outlets
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute partnership activations and ensure seamless integration of partner initiatives
● Develop and execute an influencer marketing strategy to maximize reach, identify key influencers
● Establish and maintain relationships with influencers, negotiate contracts, and manage ongoing partnerships
● Work closely with the marketing team to develop integrated marketing campaigns that leverage partnerships and influencers effectively
● Manage the implementation and execution of campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
● Track and measure the effectiveness of partnerships and influencer campaigns and provide insights and recommendations for optimization
● Market Research and Trend Analysis to identify new partnership opportunities, strategies, insights to improve effectiveness of partnership and influencer initiatives
● Set budgets and provide input to the senior stakeholders
● Enhance best practices of lead countries by leading discussions, and directs, evaluates and enables global roll-out of these best practices
Requirements
· 6-8 years’ experience working in Partnerships & Influencer Management within a well known, global consumer brand
· Demonstrable experience in driving brands presence through partnerships and influencers within fast growing organization
· Knowledgeable of social media platforms and influencer marketing tools
· Highly entrepreneurial, ambitious
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
