My client, an ambitious start-up in the crypto space, is looking to hire their first Influencer Marketing Manager. You will be joining one of the fastest growing companies in Europe that has global reach and is backed by major industry names. I am looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager who comes from a high growth environment and has either a professional or personal interest in Crypto.

The Role:

· Create a robust Influencer strategy that bridges affiliate marketing, ambassador programs, and community building

· Identify and reach out to relevant influencer partners across the globe, in key growth markets to build brand awareness and engagement

· Pitch the product to potential partners and content creators in order to drive engagement

· Build meaningful relationships with key influencers creating a robust Ambassador program

· Monitor and analyse campaign KPI’s ensuring you are getting the most ROI possible

· Use metrics to inform future decision making and work in an agile way

· Identify new communities in traditional and non-traditional channels such as Telegram, Reddit, Discord

· Create a robust strategy to attract and engage said community

· Collaborate with wider marketing and PR team to ensure content and TOV are aligned

· Think bigger picture and create ambitious strategies for global reach

Requirements:

· Solid experience building an Influencer Marketing program that has global reach, in particular US, Russia, Brazil, and India

· Driven by data with excellent analytical skills

· Personal or professional interest in crypto/blockchain

· Experience of working in a fast moving, high growth environment/start-up

· Ability to manage a team – this is a solo role to begin with, but there are plans to expand quickly
