Influencer Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creator-led marketing strategies for international markets.
• Expand the clients global presence through strategic creator partnerships and community engagement across multiple languages and cultures.
• Identify, then engage with global brand-aligned content creators and community members.
• Ensure the budget is on-track and spearhead innovative compensation models that excite content creators and inspire them to create their best work
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of content creator campaigns.
• Day-to-day management of operations and tracking multiple international creator-led projects and campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
• Keep up to date on international influencer marketing trends, platforms, and best practices

Experience:

• 5 years experience in influencer marketing, public relations, international marketing, or a related field.
• Experience building and maintaining relationships with influencers, cross-functional teams, and internal stakeholders, to foster collaboration and alignment.
• You excel at crafting top-notch strategies that perfectly align with brand objectives and target audiences.
• Excellent communication skills to help you engage and negotiate with partners and community members
• You effortlessly manage projects with many moving parts including: coordinating time-lines, budgets, deliverables, and recaps for smooth sailing.
• Your analytical skills are on point, enabling you to measure campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for constant improvement.
• You have a keen eye for tracking and evaluating the return on investment (ROI) and key performance indicators (KPIs) of influencer marketing initiatives, providing strategic recommendations to optimize results.
