Social Media and Community Manager – luxury wellness brand – London – Up to £45k

I’m currently working with an impressive luxury wellness brand that has created the perfect supplement that can contribute to having the right balance between emotional, mental and physical health.

As the company continues to grow, they need to be visible; have a voice and drive engagement through their social channels, so they are looking for an experienced Social Media and Community Manager to come on board and achieve that.

Responsibilities:

Reporting into the director of digital marketing, and working closely with key business stakeholders/ founders, the Social Media and Community Manager will be responsible for growing and engaging online audience to drive sales and build the brand.

• Day to day management of all social channels
• Produce engaging digital brand content for site and social
• Rapidly grow a highly engaged community to drive leads/sales/ build brand
• Manage social calendar and content plan
• Achieve weekly/monthly growth + engagement targets
• Maximise latest trends in wellness/ beauty/ luxury to generate engagement/drive traffic/sales
• Work with their retail partners to maximise social and brand exposure
• Weekly/monthly reporting

Requirements

Essential:

• Proven social + community management experience
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Track record of growing social audiences quickly/ increasing engagement + lead generation
• Image + video editing skills
• Creative eye + full of ideas
• Interest + experience in wellness/ luxury/ beauty/ health

Nice to have:

• Paid advertising experience
• Social influencer marketing experience
• Experience managing social communities for LUX lifestyle/ wellness brands
