Salt have partnered with a FinTech start-up that are looking for their first Social Media Manager. You will be in charge of all current social media platforms and launching new ones that you think are in line with the target audience.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing company where you will be given full responsibility for the companies social presence.

The Role:

· Be fully accountable for growing social media engagement and brand awareness

· Manage all social media platforms from scheduling and posting, to ideation and community management

· Create attention grabbing and engaging content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tik Tok, and YouTube

· Pin point and approach relevant influencers across social platforms

· Be at the forefront of the latest social media trends and implement for content

· Monitor, track, and analyse on a posting performance using findings to inform future decisions

· Develop monthly reports and feedback to wider team and senior colleagues

The Person:

· At least 3 years experience in Social Media management

· FinTech experience a must

· Impeccable communication skills with ability to present clearly and professionally

· Enjoys a ‘roll your sleeves up and get stuck in’ mentality

· Team player with ability to work autonomously

· Experience working with influencers and influencer agencies

· Fluency in English with extra languages a plus
