Salt have partnered with a revolutionary luxury beauty brand that is taking the supplement beauty-tech industry by storm. Having partnered with the best retailers in the world including Net-a-Porter and, featured in everything from The FT to Sunday Times Style, they are going through a period of growth and require a Social Media Manager to join the team. You will be skilled at working across Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.

The Role:

· Create long- and short-term social media strategy that fits with the target audience

· Work closely with the Community Manager to identify new audience and how to attract and retain

· Create best in class content for multiple platforms, especially Facebook, Pinterest and LinkedIn

· Scheduling content to ensure maximum engagement

· Analyse performance of posts and use findings to inform future decision making

· Reporting of insights to wider team and senior stakeholders

· Works with partners on creating social plans

The Person:

· Team work – the ability to work and collaborate with the wider team is extremely important

· Proven experience of managing social media for other health, beauty, or luxe brands

· Creative with an analytical mindset

· Constantly keep on top of latest social media trends

· Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail
