Social Media Manager – Property Development
Part-time, 2/3 days per week

£35-40K (pro-rata)
My client, a growing high-end property development business based in Central London, are looking for their first Social Media marketing hire to help build their online presence.
This is a permanent, part-time role for the foreseeable between 2-3 days per week – you will be required to come to the office at least 1 day per week.
Skills required:
- 2-3 years’ experience in Social Media, growing and nurturing key SM channels, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn
- Capable of implementing social media strategy, owning publishing schedule
- Community Management
- Hands on content creation
- Good analytical and creative mindset
- Understanding of high-end/ luxury
- Previously exposed to real estate/ property development is a bonus
