Salt has partnered with a multinational restaurant chain, now on the lookout for a Trading Manager to join the team on a 3-month contract.
You will be part of their customer team, helping to shape the future and drive the company’s vision to move the brand into an ambitious period of growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead on loyalty platform and restaurant promotional activity implementation
- Accurate recording of proposed and confirmed promotional activity, and post-campaign results. Weekly competitor analysis reporting
- Develop a forward-looking promotional plan that aligns with evolving business growth objectives. Includes content campaigns across loyalty platform
- Account management of restaurant trading partnerships
- Work with key suppliers on engaging marketing campaigns. Manage supplier budgets to best effect and work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to execute supplier activity
EXPERIENCE:
- 2-3 years’ trading experience with campaign management
- Keen eye for detail
- Ability to learn quickly
- Positive ‘can-do’ attitude
- Experience in commercial/marketing/trading roles
- Able to operate independently as well as effectively influence stakeholders as required
- Excellent problem identification and solving skills
- Exemplary presentation and communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively engage stakeholders at all levels of seniority
