Role: Email & Push Producer

Location: West London

Contract length: 4 week initial- likely to extend- ASAP Start

Day rate: £150 via LTD

The Email & Push Producer will work on key sales driving campaigns to support the marketing team. This is a critical role that sits within the Email & Push Marketing team, and will help drive revenue and sales for the business by delivering campaigns. We are looking for someone who has previous ESP knowledge (preferably Oracle Responsys) and is ready to get stuck in and deliver for a minimum of 4 weeks.

You Will:

• Prepare and build end-to-end email and push campaigns (HTML, links, dynamic content, audience etc.) using the email/push service provider Responsys
• Ensure that all campaigns are signed off by relevant stakeholders and go through QA checks – working closely with various teams
• Choosing products and imagery to feature within campaigns, using data and business requests to inform decision making
• Supporting the Email & Push team day-to-day with tasks such as customer service queries and briefing assets.

What Does A Typical Week Look Like:

• Briefing promo and hero assets to the design and copy teams
• Building 4-5 email and push campaigns per week (each sending to three different regions)
• Sending campaigns for stakeholder sign-off, and following up on amends by making relevant changes
• Creating filters and scheduling campaigns once signed off, ensuring that campaigns go out on time and with no errors
• Daily team stand-ups to communicate on upcoming campaigns and any blockers/changes

You Have:

• Experience of working within a fast-paced environment, and adhering to competing deadlines and priorities
• Extensive ESP experience – preferable Oracle Responsys
• Excellent attention to detail and autonomous at managing workloads
• HTML/CSS experience (intermediate level at a minimum)
• An understanding of email best practices including optimisation & deliverability
• Enthusiasm, ability and energy to operate in a fast paced environment
