Salt has exclusively partnered with a leading retailer in their space who are looking to hire a Digital Trading Manager on a Maternity cover for 12 months to cover their leading product categories. You will be responsible for managing a team of 2-3 people and helping them deliver against conversion rate and revenue targets.

The Role

Reporting into the Head of Trading, you will:

– Alongside the team of 2-3 help drive the sales of the brand’s site, reviewing the categories performance against key KPIs.
– Where trade actions are required, ensure efficient processes are put in place to allow these to be rectified immediately.
– Site merchandise for product categories to ensure products are easy to locate.
– Work cross functionally with buying and merch teams to understand future product plans and the impact this will have on digital channels.
– Review category performance, be able to highlight key opportunities and threats to the relevant product categories.
– Work cross functionally with supply chain to help stock awareness.
