£30000 - £35000 per annumMy client, a leader in the drink the food and beverage sector, is on the hunt for an interim Head of eCommerce, who is functional, hands-on and able to guide the team through an important period of their digital lifecycle.
This role will be an initial 3-month contract and then rolling thereafter.
It will support the Digital Director and provide the eCommerce team with leadership but must also be able and willing to roll up their sleeves with hands-on support when required.
Candidates must be available immediately and be dynamic to come in and make an immediate impact.
This role will suit candidates who have perhaps held an interim Senior eCommerce Manager or Head of eCommerce position previously.
You will work closely with suppliers, partners and stakeholders. Key to the success of this role is building relationships in a short space of time.
Furthermore, as part of continuous improvement and the drive to improve customer satisfaction, you will ensure their direct eCommerce channels and third-party are functioning faultlessly to drive this success.
The client has invested heavily recently in a D2C offering through their .COM, allowing customers to buy their products and have them delivered via the client’s website. Ensuring the website and appropriate mechanisms are operating appropriately to ensure this is best.
