I am excited to be working with a household retail brand who are looking for an Online Merchandiser to support them with their continued growth plans. I am searching for a technically savvy and passionate Online Merchandiser with strong SEO and conversation optimisation skills to join their team based in Hampshire.

Working closely with all business functions, the Online Merchandiser will be responsible for driving the sales for their given category. They will be responsible for the look and feel of the website, ensuring items are correctly merchandised and upselling and cross-selling where possible to increase AOV.

The Online Merchandiser will be expected to report on their section’s performance on a weekly and monthly basis, highlighting opportunities and threats to their category. To do this, they will use web analytic tools to drive analysis and help to identify ways to improve bounce rate, AOV and conversion. Additionally, they will implement an SEO strategy and work cross functionally with the digital marketing teams to ensure traffic is optimised for paid search, affiliates and email.

In order to be considered for this opportunity, applicants must have:

· Strong understanding of SEO and conversation rate optimisation.

· Experienced using Web analytics.

· Commercial mindset, able to identify opportunities for growth.

· Strong prioritisation skills.
