The Role

The main purpose of this role is to establish and develop the operational requirements of the Pinnacle affiliate marketing program. You will:

• Develop and implement the affiliate strategy to achieve acquisition, retention and reactivation KPls
• Oversee the management and implementation of the Affiliate platform, Income Access.
• Analyse and report affiliate channel performance.
• Enhance existing offers and promotions to ensure optimal performance
• Acquisition of new affiliates to the program and subsequently ensure exposure of affiliate marketing campaign collateral
• Manage a remote affiliate marketing team of 3

You

• Minimum 3 years of affiliate marketing experience with operator – preferably with sportsbook and eSports
• Experience working in the online betting industry
• Familiar with using a third-party affiliate platform such as Income Access
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables) user skills
• Have proven experience in managing and growing an efficient operator affiliate programme
• Be both commercially and analytically minded, with strong financial evaluation and performance marketing management skills
• Wider digital marketing knowledge would be a big plus
