The Company
My client is the world’s leading premium international schools organisation. They have international schools are located in China, Europe, Middle East, Southeast Asia and the Americas. They educate more than 50,000 students from early years through to the end of secondary education.
The Role
They are now looking for a Brand Manager to support the development and implementation of marketing initiatives to raise awareness of their brand and core proposition. As a member of the central support Marketing team in their new London headquarters location, they are looking for someone to report into the Group Head of Brand to ensure that the visual identity and brand campaign messages are reflected across all touch-points and collateral.
Main Job Responsibilities
· Support the execution of a global marketing calendar to help communicate the story and the outstanding education delivered within their schools.
· Support the development of marketing campaigns to raise awareness of global programmes together with campaign ideas and execution for regions and priority schools.
· Provide guidance to schools around the execution of the brand and how schools can optimize execution within brand frameworks.
· Support the Senior Brand Manager to develop and implement brand transition plans to ensure smooth transition to the schools for new builds and acquisitions.
Key Skills and Experience
· 5+ years’ experience in communications or marketing related positions (agency or client side).
· Experience of executing impactful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
· Digital and social media savvy with a hands-on approach to delivery.
· Strong project management skills.
· Results orientated with the ability to consistently map efforts against identified KPIs and ROI.
