Copywriter

Salt’s client, a global sustainability consultancy firm are looking for a Copywriter with Medical writing experience – or medical knowledge – to write clear and concise website copy for one of their largest pharma brand accounts to better help them in sharing their stories of innovation, transformation and how they’re revolutionising the way they work.

The ideal candidate will hold experience in writing compelling long-form content that’s understandable to a general audience, but is aimed at people who have subject matter interest/expertise – simply put: you can support in delivery copy which can explain complex matters in a clear way.

Responsibilities:

• Write clear, attractive copy with a distinct voice
• Proven medical writing focused experience or medical knowledge
• Interpret copywriting briefs to understand project requirements
• Cross team collaboration with designers, PR etc. to support on large and small scale marketing projects (e.g. email campaigns and landing pages)
• Conduct high-quality research and interviews
• Edit and proofread copy as needed
• Use SEO principles to maximize copy’s reach
• Source images and other content

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a copywriter or related role
• Knowledge of online content strategy and creation
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
• Experience with SEO
• Strong research skills
• Creativity
• Collaborative spirit
• Excellent time-management and organisational skills
