My client is a leading Business Intelligence company, helping businesses and professionals make better decisions which give them a competitive advantage and return of investment.
My client is looking for a Digital Experience Lead, to join their team on a 3 Months FTC. You will be tasked with improving the customer experience across digital touch points.
Role Responsibilities:
- Own the digital user experience – focused on enhancing the prospect and customer experience across multiple digital touch points, using robust analytics and applying a deep understanding of customer behaviour and UX principles
- Build on existing personas and user journeys to define a picture of the vertical landscape, and plan a roadmap of actionable deliverables to increase conversion
- Work with technical, content, product and marketing teams optimising existing customer journeys and platforms and developing new experiences
- Create robust analytical reports, KPI’s and metrics to support decisions – communicating and reporting on a regular basis to wider business stakeholders
- Work with digital experience leads across other verticals to support a new centre of excellence across digital experience, analytics and ecommerce
- Deliver through a test and learn approach, continuously implementing changes and validating outcomes to maximise on marketing lead generation opportunities
- Lead on the vertical and product SEO strategy to include audit of current landscape, onsite optimisation, offsite authority building and content optimisation
- Lead on ecommerce approach for the vertical, focussing on improving user journeys and converting sales ready leads
Skills to consider:
- Strong analytical skills with experience of using analytics packages including Google Analytics, A:B / MVT tools , SEO and monitoring tools
- Proven experience designing digital and mobile experiences, supported by a good knowledge and application of web analytics and website optimisation
- Experience working within multiple CMS environments including building and administering landing pages, content application and optimisation
- Experience with ecommerce enhancements and utilising as a key sales channel
- Experience managing and working alongside agencies to define and deliver against key objectives to drive performance
- Experience in agile methodologies and approaches
