This well-established beauty business, with both stores and online, is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to drive all channels within performance, CRM, content, and social media.

The Role

You will work under the Marketing Manager and own all digital channels. You can expect to:

• Work with the Marketing Manager to devise and execute profitable acquisition and retention strategies.
• Own and develop the CRM strategy to aid marketing objectives and drive profit.
• Devise and implement email automation journeys, using Emarsys.
• Own and develop social media (IG, TikTok, Facebook), with a Digital Marketing Exec to support and execute.
• Work with and manage an external agency on all paid media campaigns (PPC and paid social).
• Manage monthly budgets.
• Manage reporting and analysis with Google Analytics.

You

This role will suit someone with a hands-on background in all digital channels, who is passionate about, and excited to work within the beauty industry. You’ll need:

• 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing, within an ecommerce environment (ideally beauty/retail/fashion)
• Excellent knowledge of email marketing, automation software and CRM.
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices, with a passion for staying on top of trends.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other teams and influence stakeholders.
• Ability to analyse consumer metrics, reports and trends using web analytics tools and digital marketing performance metrics. Google Analytics user (2 years+).
• Previous line management experience would be a huge benefit.
• Experience managing PPC and paid social campaigns (you will have an agency but technical skills/know how is important)
