EMEA Trade Marketing Manager – Healthcare

Maidenhead – Full time onsite

Salt have partnered with a global healthcare business to help them hire a brand new role within one of their high performing divisions, with a half a billion dollar business scope. In this role as the Retail Trade Marketing Manager you will develop and implement omnichannel trade marketing strategies, whilst having a strong financial acumen, ensuring to achieve strong ROI on all campaigns.

The role:

• Create and deploy the Omnichannel Trade Marketing Strategy throughout the EMEA regions.
• Work with the Trade Marketers in the region to help execute the strategy and measure the effects to improve conversion.
• Define KPIs for both instore and online trade marketers and account managers to measure performance.
• Develop and execute the Trade Marketing Plan in line with sales and marketing objectives and manage the Trade Marketing budget.

The Person:

• Strong Regional Trade Marketer/Shopper Insight background from a regulated market
• Digital Marketing Experience
• Strong Financial Acumen
• Project Management skillset
