Global Head of Digital Marketing – £100K – £120K – London – Luxury Hospitality

I have partnered with a Luxury Hospitality business that provides a unique experience for all individuals looking for a once in a lifetime adventure. Guests stay at some of the most aesthetic locations combining history and original areas.

This is a crucial role for the business to drive the business forward to showcase the passion for providing a luxury service on an international scope within digital marketing. You will be hands on with all technical digital activities and have true excitement for something new!

You will be reporting to the CEO, and work across the whole business to create strategised marketing plans to dive into new markets for optimised exposure.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and implement new digital marketing strategies across SEO, PPC, CRM, social media, and email marketing

· Work with stakeholders to develop the global digital strategy with analytic backing

· Apply A/B testing, and segmentation to enhance campaign performance and customer acquisition costs

· Work with the CEO to track budget and report regularly on this to the senior leadership team

· Manage strong relationships with agencies and suppliers

Skills & Experience

· Experience within the Luxury Hospitality industry in an international market is essential for the role

· Hands on and technical experience within all digital channels (including paid search, social media, and SEO)

· Strong communication skills to be a problem solver for the business

· Conduct in depth research to identify new opportunities in new markets for the business

· Results driven and commercial mindset is the type of individual we are looking for, someone ready to challenge themselves and take the brand to a new level.
