Seeking an enthusiastic B2C Growth Manager to join the team as the first Marketing hire!

This is a fast paced start-up environment where you will work directly with the founders and offers a lot of autonomy!

About You

• 3+ years Growth marketing experience in a D2C start-up
• Create customer acquisition channels across Paid Search & Social
• Hands-on – (First 6 months will be hands on & executional and then afterwards move into a more strategic role)
• Experience driving app installs
• Manage & grow social media channels
• Experience defining a Brand would be a big bonus
• Experience creating engaging content for Social

Responsibilities

• Work on brand development and engaging content
• Lead guerrilla and viral marketing strategies to help achieve rapid growth
• Work on existing and propose new creative marketing campaigns to drive the target demographic on the platform
• Shape influencer and strategic partnerships strategy
• Work on other growth initiatives when necessary
