The Company

My client is a forward thinking property company who are going through a digital transformation and with the growth that they are experiencing it is a great time to join.

The Role

In a newly created role they require a Head of Digital to join them and see them through the transformation whilst creating a digital strategy.

Main Job Responsibilities

• Develop the group-wide Digital Strategy, Roadmap and Programme to support the organisation’s business objectives for all stakeholders.
• To lead and manage the day-to-day functions of a team of digital specialists, ensuring the smooth running and maintenance of all digital platforms and the delivery of projects to a high standard and within budget.
• To lead on devising and managing standard approaches to user contact across all digital channels, facilitating improvement of cross-functional processes to support business change.
• To market and promote the use of digital services, driving traffic to the sites and increasing customer self-service transactions.
• To manage, motivate and develop direct reports, ensuring the smooth and harmonious running of the team, its systems, processes and administration.

Key Skills and Experience

• Proven experience of designing and implementing digital solutions enabling channel shift.
• Proven experience of developing and implementing a Digital Strategy organisation wide.
• Substantial knowledge and experience of managing and developing a digital programme within a large, complex organisation
• Good technical understanding, particularly around CMS, CRM and web technologies, ideally with MS SharePoint, MS Dynamics and ADX Studios
• Proven team management experience
