Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a global internal communications strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Advise and coach senior leadership on internal communications matters, offering strategic insights.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing internal communications team, promoting creativity and collaboration.
  • Create compelling internal content to inform, inspire, and align our global workforce.
  • Collaborate with the Transformation Office to drive effective change management communication.
  • Enhance employee engagement through impactful programs and initiatives.
  • Implement metrics to measure communication effectiveness and refine strategies.
  • Develop crisis communication plans to keep employees well-informed during challenging times.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in senior internal communications roles, preferably in a global, matrix organisation.
  • Advising senior leadership teams, including the CEO and CFO, in shaping and delivering internal communications strategies.
  • Managing internal communications in multicultural organisational environments.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with investor relations practices.
  • Strategic thinker linking internal communication to business goals.
  • Knowledge of best practices in internal communications and change management.
  • Experience with digital communication platforms and tools.
