A global hospitality company is currently seeking a candidate for the position of Head of PR & Communications EMEA. This executive role involves developing and implementing the overall public relations and communication strategy for the company in the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directly managing third-party PR agencies in priority markets to promote, enhance, and protect the company’s brands and reputation.
- Building relationships with the media and overseeing internal and external communication tools and services.
- Managing varied communication aspects, including hotel-facing communications, media and public relations campaigns, corporate social media, crisis communications, and reputation management.
- Involvement in international travel as required.
Qualifications:
- Significant and demonstrable experience in an executive communications position, ideally with hotel/hospitality experience.
- Experience in managing internal stakeholders, PR agencies, and handling complex issues.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to work independently and manage multiple ongoing projects.
- Proven success in developing original speeches and other communication content for senior executives.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential; business-ready fluency in additional European languages would be an advantage.
