I have a very exciting role in this global, high growth brand. They have been going from strength to strength, with ambitions to triple in size over the next 5 years. They are looking for a seasoned Marketing Director who will drive strategy and growth across trade marketing, PR & visual merchandising. Extremely fast paced brand, healthy budgets and always looking to create disruptive campaigns.

The Role

Reporting into the GM, you will be responsible for driving regional trade marketing, PR & VM strategy with an omni-channel approach. You will:

• Create and execute an innovative and disruptive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and conversion.
• Own and drive the UK marketing, PR and VM activation calendar.
• Build and own relationships with senior press contacts and influencers.
• Work with the digital team to deliver a consistent marketing plan across on and offline channels.
• Budget, forecasting & P&L management
• Lead, develop and inspire the team to continue creating disruptive strategies.

You

This role needs a hard hitting Marketing Director who will hit the ground running and keep the brand growing, innovating and staying ahead of their competitors. Absolute essentials are:

• Extensive Director level, regional and trade marketing experience (beauty or retail only)
• Extensive relationships with key PR contacts – press and industry
• Experienced in omni channel marketing across different retail channels, both on & offline
• Excellent leadership, team management and communication skills
• Experience of budget and P&L management
