This luxury business is looking for an experienced Partnerships Marketing Administrator to deliver all marketing and communication plans, working closely with their brand partners.

The Role

This role will be the primary administrative contact between the business and brand partners, ensuring that all projects and campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard. This role does not have a high level of ownership, it is more operational. You can expect to:

• Run all digital media and advertising campaigns, keeping within budget.
• Manage the execution and delivery of all social media strategy.
• Deliver email marketing campaigns (with provided templates)
• Support the delivery of brand events and client meetings.
• Manage brand content on the website – briefing in changes/updates etc to the team.
• Manage all PR and outreach programmes for the brands.

You

This role requires someone with a passion for luxury, and who has excellent attention to detail and communications skills. It’s the ideal role for someone who is still growing in their career, as you will not have complete ownership. You’ll need:

• Significant experience in an administrative role (within a marketing team would be ideal)
• Someone hands on – happy to get stuck into the day to day.
• Experience managing budgets.
• Very strong written and verbal communication skills – having worked with multiple stakeholders.
• Luxury experience is crucial.
• Proven experience working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
