Position Overview:
An exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of a brand-new project, creating, strategizing, and executing the GTM strategy for a new gaming & podcasting category. You will lead the Headphones division, alter the market, and push boundaries.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Marketing Strategy: Develop comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with our overall business objectives. Utilise market research, customer insights, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for innovation.
Go-To-Market Planning: Lead the development and execution of go-to-market plans for new products and initiatives, working closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to achieve seamless launches and impactful campaigns.
Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through the optimisation of sales processes, pipeline management, and customer acquisition strategies. Identify new revenue streams and explore untapped market segments.
Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth competitive analysis to understand market positioning, identify gaps, and formulate strategies to outperform competitors.
Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to design innovative campaigns that resonate with our target audience and reinforce our brand identity.
Performance Tracking: Business planning and product road mapping. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of sales and marketing initiatives. Regularly analyse and report on performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.
