Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth competitive analysis to understand market positioning, identify gaps, and formulate strategies to outperform competitors.
Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to design innovative campaigns that resonate with our target audience and reinforce our brand identity.
Performance Tracking: Business planning and product road mapping. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of sales and marketing initiatives. Regularly analyse and report on performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.
