Salt has partnered with a well-known FMCG brand, that are on the lookout for its next Brand Manager to look after one of its most exciting brands. This brand has seen double-digit growth and is really just touching the surface of its potential. As the Brand Manager, you will be responsible alongside the Global Marketing Manager and Brand Director to shape the innovation strategy, carrying out consumer research to discover what is the white space for the brand?
The Role:
– Work with global, regional and local teams to deliver global marketing programmes with supporting brand assets, toolkits and guidelines to drive consumer engagement and commitment.
– Work with the brand leader to assist in the development and implementation of global brand plans.
– Work collaboratively with local market teams to develop suitable brand assets and translate the global brand plan to be compelling for relevant markets.
– Create activation materials and shopper toolkits alongside the global shopper marketing team and evaluate their performance.
-Regularly review competitor activity and make relevant recommendations for the business to help the brand in its growth agenda.
-Work with individual regions to measure the performance of the marketing programs, making recommendations to ensure they hit their desired objectives.
You
– Operating at Senior Brand Manager or Second Cycle Brand Manager level at a FMCG or Consumer Goods brand
– Product Innovation and development experience
– Shopper activation skillset is preferred
– Innovative thinker
