Role: Senior Customer Marketing Manager

Location: London

Day rate: £250- £300/day

Contract Length: 3 month initial

A leading Retail business are looking for a Senior Customer marketing (CRM) Manager to join their London office to plan and deliver a CRM strategy that spans all channels and touchpoints. You will lead the design, strategy and execution of all customer marketing solutions.

The business are going through a Digital transformation and you will play a key role in helping the CRM team achieve the growth plans.

Responsibilities

  • Working with the broader marketing team to ensure effective end-to-end delivery of CRM campaigns across email, SMS and push
  • Ensuring communications are customer-centric and insight driven
  • On-going optimisation (test & learn approach) to campaigns
  • Translate the new customer plans into execution schedules by collaborating with Marketing, Data, Brand and Ops teams
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders as the business moves through the delivery of the new programme

Experience

  • Ideally educated to degree level
  • Solid CRM experience across multiple channels (SMS, Email, Loyalty)
  • Ideally Retail, Luxury or Cosmetic background
  • Data driven and analytical mindset
