I’m looking for a Senior Marketing Manager for a rapidly expanding business within the Travel sector.
You’ll need to have a start-up mindset – with a very sizeable recent investment, there’s lots of change happening in this fast-moving business, which includes acquiring a new company that you will lead the marketing strategy for.
If you’re looking for a business that’s an adopter of modern technology, this company is soon looking to integrate a technology platform across all verticals of the company.
This companies’ ambitions are to transform the industry using tech, resulting in cleaner and greener transport opportunities.
You’ll need to be a result-driven, hands-on, generalist marketer. If you’re from a global corporate business who is used to having a large team of specialists, this probably isn’t for you.
You will keep the Senior Leadership team updated as you provide and execute the new marketing strategy across the business.
What you will do:
· Create, execute and own the entire corporate marketing plan
· Support/execute the leisure/education marketing plans with support from the CMO
· Able to constitutively achieve agreed on targets
· Manage the digital agency who will execute the strategy
· Continual analysis of market trends
· Oversee PR and agency activity
· Website updates with relevant news and press
· Maintain industry events calendar
· Report on the effectiveness of campaigns
What you will need:
· Experience working in a similar position, ideally someone who has worked for a company that has undergone brand alternation and rapid rebranding
· Ideally educated to degree level in a relevant subject
· Experience across all aspects of marketing including inbound, digital and outbound
· Experience with CRM Software
· Up to date knowledge of market best practice
· A creative thinker, and disrupter.
