The Company and Role

My client is a high traffic site, operating in the competitive Fintech space. They have a unique proposition and are looking for an SEO leader who can drive an increase in high value traffic to a site that already gets significant traffic. They need to be adept at optimising a global platform, used by millions in 50 countries. They are growing fast, and have a global presence, with foundations based on cutting edge technology. Key focus and requirements:-

• Global SEO strategy
• Driving thought leadership and cutting-edge SEO best practice
• Implement a rigorous test and learn methodology, to measure and understand the impact of incremental changes
• Multi-territory optimisation
• At least 7-10 years of experience in SEO
• Demonstrable track record of success for a large international organisation
• Excellent communication skills, with an ability to articulate strategy and methodology to key stakeholders
• Ability to operate at speed, whilst maintaining a high level of quality
• A strong analytical and quantitative mindset
