Head of Performance Marketing, Automotive, Midlands (hybrid), £90K plus package

The Company and Role

My client is a household name and one that many of us will have grown up with. They are continuing their digital transformation and are in need of a Head of Performance Marketing who can come in and work across the various brands. This is an exciting role within the marketing department, working to maximise growth across the different brands within the group.

This role will be responsible for leading the Performance Marketing Department, managing an immediate team of 4 channel specialists. With the ability to work closely with agency partners, this person will set the strategy and channel mix, ensuring that industry best practice is followed and they remain cutting edge in terms of performance marketing. You will get to work with substantial budgets and must be a strong collaborator as you will work closely with multiple different teams within the business.

Technically strong, you will have minimum 10 years’ experience in digital media. It is a fast-paced business and successful people, here are ones that are prepared to roll up their sleeves and lead from the front.
