The Company and Role

My client is a fast growing beauty brand, founded in 2017. They have revolutionised the space through focusing on innovative products and global expansion. They have grown to 200 people in a short period and need a Director of Performance to help scale the team to support this growth trajectory. The person needs to come from a hyper growth start-up, so they understand the challenges and nuances that go with this level of growth.

As the Director of Performance Marketing, you will use your strong background in growth, performance channel optimisation, insights and analysis to scale new customer acquisition, retention and referral. You’ll enjoy thinking strategically while executing quickly and tactically, having a direct and significant impact on the company’s results. You will focus on accelerating business expansion around the world, directly managing the acquisition, lifecycle and internationalisation teams.
