I am currently partnering with a leading media planning and buying agency in Riyadh that is looking to hire a Media Manager to join their growing team.
This is a key role within the business, sitting between senior leadership and executives, responsible for leading planning output, managing client relationships and driving campaign performance across a portfolio of major brands.
The Role
As Media Manager, you will take ownership of end-to-end media planning across offline and digital channels. You will work closely with strategy, digital, performance and investment teams to deliver integrated, data-led media solutions aligned to client objectives.
You will also play a key role in mentoring junior team members and ensuring best-in-class planning standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of integrated media plans across TV, OOH, digital and social
- Translate client briefs into strategic, insight-driven media recommendations
- Manage day-to-day client communication and presentations
- Oversee campaign implementation in collaboration with buying and activation teams
- Monitor performance and optimise campaigns based on data and insights
- Manage budgets, phasing and forecasting
- Support in new business pitches and strategic proposals
- Mentor and develop Media Executives and Senior Executives
What We Are Looking For:
- 4-6 years of experience within a media planning agency
- Strong understanding of the Saudi media landscape
- Experience across both offline and digital planning
- Confident client-facing skills and presentation ability
- Strong analytical mindset with comfort working with data
- Experience using media tools and planning systems
- Arabic is highly preferred given client requirements
