🎨 We’re Hiring: Mutlimedia Designer (Marketing & Advertising)

Are you a creative, detail-driven Designer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? We’re looking for someone who can interpret creative briefs, conceptualise strong visual solutions, and take full ownership of the design process – from idea to final execution.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Developing high-quality, insight-led design solutions from creative briefs

• Translating ideas into impactful concepts across multiple platforms and formats

• Bringing fresh thinking, innovation, and strategic creativity to every project

• Accurately estimating time and supporting workflow planning

• Collaborating with printers, copywriters, photographers, designers, developers, and marketers

• Presenting ideas confidently and clearly articulating design rationale

• Supporting marketing campaigns with strong digital design execution

• Managing multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of design principles, craft, and creative processes

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and a passion for continuous learning

• A proactive communicator with strong problem-solving and organisational skills

• A collaborative, can-do team player who thinks strategically across media platforms

• Experience contributing to (and ideally helping win) client pitches

• A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail

Technical Requirements

• Adobe CC Suite:

  • InDesign

  • Illustrator

  • Photoshop

  • After Effects / Premiere Pro

  • XD

Advantageous

• HTML

• 3D

• Strong illustration skills (a big plus)

Qualifications

• Degree in Design or a related field or relevant work experience

• Minimum 4-5 years’ experience, ideally within a marketing agency or integrated creative environment
