Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to join a fast-growing entertainment chain in the UAE, specialising in soft play areas and family entertainment experiences.

This is a key leadership role for someone passionate about operational excellence, team development, and delivering outstanding customer experiences within the entertainment and leisure industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily operations across multiple locations
• Ensure the highest standards of health & safety, service quality, and customer satisfaction
• Lead, train, and motivate multi-site operational teams
• Monitor and manage budgets, KPIs, and overall business performance
• Identify and implement operational improvements and growth strategies
• Ensure full compliance with UAE regulations and internal company policies
• Drive consistency in brand standards and guest experience across all sites
• Handle operational challenges and provide effective, timely solutions

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Operations Management within FEC, soft play, attractions, amusement parks, or theme parks
• Strong leadership, organisational, and team management skills
• Experience managing multi-site operations is highly desirable
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Must be based in the UAE with mandatory Dubai experience
