Operations Sales Manager (Restaurant)

We’re looking for a hands-on F&B Operations Sales Manager to oversee operations and drive sales for a well-established F&B outlet in TTDI (Taman Tun Dr Ismail) KL. This role is ideal for someone who values structure, quality, and taking ownership of both operational and sales outcomes.

What you’ll do:

• Lead outlet operations, including kitchen and floor, ensuring SOPs are followed at all times
• Supervise and coach a team of 14-15 staff, maintaining standards in hygiene, service, and food quality
• Drive sales growth and implement marketing initiatives, events, and promotions
• Manage stock, inventory reconciliation, margins, and P&L reporting
• Work closely with head chef and internal teams to ensure operational efficiency
• Implement improvements, enforce standards, and maintain consistent quality
• Handle documentation, routine checks, and mystery shopper scoring

What we’re looking for:

• Proven F&B operations and sales management experience
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations and culinary standards
• Process-driven, structured, and able to enforce SOPs effectively
• Competent in sales strategy, stock management, P&L, and margin control
• Direct, accountable, resilient, and able to lead by example
• High attention to detail, organized, and functional leadership skills
