Operations Sales Manager (Wholesale)

We’re looking for a hands-on Operations Sales Manager (Wholesale) to lead the wholesale and production arm of a growing F&B business in TTDI (Taman Tun Dr Ismail) KL. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, structure, and taking ownership of operations and sales.

What you’ll do:

• Lead production operations for wholesale, catering, and retail supply, ensuring all processes are followed
• Manage stock, costing, margins, and P&L reporting
• Oversee supplier relationships, procurement, and sourcing, including halal and hotel supplies
• Ensure SOPs are followed in production and delivery, maintain high quality and efficiency
• Manage internal and external teams (production staff, admin, marketing support)
• Drive wholesale sales and build relationships with hotels, restaurants, schools, and supermarkets
• Implement improvements, enforce systems, and maintain accurate documentation

What we’re looking for:

• Experience managing F&B production or wholesale operations
• Culinary or kitchen background preferred
• Strong process-driven, structured, and SOP-oriented approach
• Competent in stock management, procurement, costing, and margin control
• Direct, accountable, resilient, execution-focused, able to lead by example
• High attention to detail, organized, able to adapt to systems and enforce standards
