Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Consultant with specialist knowledge of Core HR and HR Help Desk modules to support a major Oracle HCM transformation.
You’ll act as a functional expert, configuring and optimising HR processes across service request management, knowledge management, and employee service delivery. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both Core HR and HR Help Desk, with a strong understanding of how to design and improve HR service workflows.
Key Responsibilities

Configure and deliver Core HR and HR Help Desk modules within Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.

Design and implement Service Request Management workflows, including creation, assignment, escalation, and resolution.

Manage and optimise Knowledge Authoring and Knowledge Home to ensure accurate and accessible HR content.

Support HR and IT teams with requirements gathering, testing (UAT), and deployment.

Provide expertise on HR case management and service delivery improvements.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure effective HR process alignment.

Produce configuration documents, process flows, and test scripts.

Support go-live, post-implementation, and continuous improvement phases.
Essential Skills & Experience

Proven experience implementing or supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM (Core HR and HR Help Desk).

Strong understanding of Service Request Management workflows and lifecycle processes.

Practical experience with Knowledge Authoring and Knowledge Home in Oracle HCM.

Ability to translate HR business requirements into efficient system configurations.

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Experience within large or complex organisations (public sector or enterprise).

Oracle HCM certification desirable but not essential.
