What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the end-to-end UX/UI design process – from ideation and user flows to final polish

• Work closely with product and engineering teams to bring ideas to life through beautiful, functional design

• Create and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups

• Collaborate with external design partners and, over time, help grow an internal design team

• Enhance user journeys and ensure a seamless experience across all touchpoints

• Maintain and evolve the company’s design system and visual identity

• Conduct quality checks to make sure designs translate perfectly into the final product

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI, or a similar role

• Proficiency in Figma and a strong grasp of user-centered design principles

• A portfolio that shows your design thinking, clean interfaces, and strong user flow design

• Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams

• A proactive, startup-minded attitude

• Experience in fintech or SaaS is a plus, but not essential
