Product Manager – Global Payments | Cross-Border Infrastructure

My client is transforming global payments by enabling faster, instantaneous, and more efficient cross-border transactions – redefining how money moves worldwide.

They are now hiring their first formal Product Manager to take a foundational product from 1 → 10 and build the structure, clarity, and execution engine required to scale.

The Mission:

• Ensure smooth liquidity operations
• Grow and enhance liquidity products
• Identify and materialize new product opportunities
• Establish predictable, high-quality delivery

This role is highly execution-driven, with the opportunity to build out the product function as the company scales.

What Success Looks Like

First 30 Days:

• Independently own and run the backlog
• Ship 2 product releases
• Establish a stable release cadence
• Reduce inefficiencies and clarify ownership boundaries

First 90 Days:

• Build and communicate a clear roadmap
• Own and articulate product strategy
• Drive predictable execution
• Translate strategy into tangible delivery

What They’re Looking For:

• Proven B2B platform experience (APIs, workflows, infrastructure) – not consumer apps
• Strong execution capability: PRDs, acceptance criteria, sequencing, trade-off management
• Comfortable leading engineering-heavy delivery without direct authority
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Ability to cut through ambiguity and noise
• Clear communicator who can articulate the “why” behind decisions
• Experience coaching or mentoring other PMs

Nice to have:
Payments, treasury, settlements, crypto/blockchain exposure
Startup or early-stage scaling experience
