Product Owner

About the Role

• Lead the design and implementation of future-state business processes supporting a major transformation program and Scam Prevention Framework (SPF) obligations.
• Partner with business, operations, risk, and technology teams to drive process improvement, implementation, and adoption outcomes.

About the Client

• Our client is a leading Australian financial services organisation delivering significant business and regulatory transformation initiatives.
• Known for its focus on innovation, customer outcomes, and continuous improvement across complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead process analysis, future-state design, and stakeholder workshops to define and align target-state operating models.
• Manage the transformation backlog and drive implementation of process improvements, automation, and AI-enabled initiatives.
• Drive implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for automation and AI enablement.

A Successful Candidate Will Possess the Following

• Experience support Scam Prevention initiatives (nice to have).
• Hands on experience in Product Ownership, Process Design Business Analysis, or Transformation roles, ideally within a regulated environment.
• Strong Agile delivery, stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and process transformation experience.
