Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of virtual bank projects in Thailand. This is a renewable/convert to permanent contract role. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing project planning, execution, and governance while ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and digital transformation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of virtual banking projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and scope are met.
• Define project roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders across business, technology, and regulatory teams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Product, and Vendors) to deliver project outcomes effectively.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to project governance frameworks, compliance standards, and industry regulations.
• Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates to senior management.
• Drive change management and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance to ensure high-quality project deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, IT, or related field or master’s degree
• Minimum 8 years of project management experience, preferably within banking, financial services, or fintech sectors.
• Strong track record in managing large-scale technology or digital transformation projects.
• Familiarity with virtual banking operations, digital channels, or core banking systems is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Thai is highly preferred.
