What you need to do:

Plan and coordinate project strategies to meet delivery, testing, and milestone targets
Develop Project Management Plans, including risk management, to ensure effective delivery
Lead and manage project teams, vendors, and subcontractors to achieve project goals on schedule and within budget
Oversee vendor management, procurement, and contract compliance
Ensure technical governance and quality standards are met across projects

What we need:

Customer-oriented, team player with strong leadership and motivational skills
Strong technical knowledge of Java framework
Self-starter with a proactive approach to anticipate challenges and resolve issues
Proficient in Microsoft Project or other project management tools
Experience with Agile implementation and public sector projects is advantageous
