Project Manager – Russian

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-end luxury residential projects, ensuring exceptional quality, design integrity, and timely execution. The role requires close coordination with premium consultants, contractors, and suppliers while maintaining the highest standards expected in luxury developments.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete lifecycle of luxury residential projects from concept to handover
Oversee design development to ensure alignment with luxury standards and brand vision
Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, and contractors specializing in high-end projects
Control project schedules, budgets, cash flow, and risk registers
Ensure compliance with UAE authority requirements, building codes, and HSE standards
Coordinate with relevant governmental authorities to obtain all required approvals, permits, inspections, and completion certificates
Review and manage contracts, variations, and claims with a strong focus on quality impact
Monitor construction quality, finishes, materials, and workmanship
Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits
Manage snagging, commissioning, handover, and defect liability periods
Prepare detailed progress and executive reports for senior management

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
8-12 years of experience in real estate development or construction, with a strong focus on luxury residential projects
Proven UAE project experience with high-end residential buildings
Fluent in English & Russian languages
Strong understanding of premium finishes, materials, and luxury construction standards
Experience working with renowned consultants and tier-1 contractors
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and quality-driven mindset
