Regional Business Development Representative

We’re partnering with a global software business in the asset-heavy industries space to hire a Regional Business Development Representative to support their international growth across APAC, EMEA, and the US. This is a pure hunter role focused on building pipeline from the ground up for the global sales team.

What you’ll be doing:

* Spend 70% of your time on outbound prospecting and pipeline generation

* Build and develop your own pipeline (supported by tools and existing contacts where available)

* Engage senior technical stakeholders across global markets

* Book qualified meetings and hand over leads to regional sales teams (APAC, EMEA, US)

* Test and refine outreach approaches to improve conversion and engagement

* Collaborate closely with the sales team on what messaging and outreach works best

What success looks like:

* Number of qualified meetings booked

* Quality of leads passed to sales

* Consistent outbound activity and pipeline creation

What we’re looking for:

* Strong outbound / B2B prospecting experience (hunter mindset)

* Confident engaging senior technical and operational stakeholders

* Self-driven, fast-moving, and comfortable working independently

* Strong communicator who can think commercially and adapt messaging

* Understands how to run structured sales outreach and pipeline generation
