  • Regional forecasting, stock flow alignment, and performance monitoring
  • Identification and development of new and underpenetrated ICT markets
  • Regular in-market engagement to support partners and drive execution
  • Close collaboration with internal teams to ensure regional alignment

👤 The profile we are looking for

This opportunity suits a commercially strong senior sales professional who has already operated successfully across multiple African or SADC markets within technology, ICT, networking, or related distribution environments.

You are comfortable managing complexity, balancing competing priorities, and making informed decisions that impact revenue, margin, and long-term market presence.

✅ Experience and capability required

  • Proven experience in multi-country or regional sales leadership roles
  • Strong background within channel- or distributor-led ICT / technology businesses
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen across pricing, margins, forecasting, and negotiation
  • Experience in ICT, networking, telecoms, or technology distribution environments
  • Ability to operate effectively across varied market conditions and cultures
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the SADC region

This role requires genuine regional experience!

  • Significant ownership and regional influence
  • Exposure to diverse, evolving Southern African technology markets
  • Senior-level partner engagement and strategic input
  • Opportunity to shape and scale long-term regional channel structures
