A leading organisation in the print and office‑supply sector is seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to drive sales growth, strengthen client relationships, and lead a high‑performing sales team. This role requires a motivated leader with strong strategic, operational and people‑management skills.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the sales team to achieve daily, monthly and annual targets.
• Implement effective sales strategies, promotions and forecasts.
• Manage key accounts and ensure exceptional customer experience.
• Analyse sales performance, monitor KPIs and oversee the team’s debtor’s book.
• Work closely with accounts, operations and procurement to streamline processes.
• Oversee Pastel processing, pricing accuracy and sales administration.
• Recruit, train and onboard new sales staff.
• Maintain high service standards and resolve escalated customer issues professionally.
• Support continuous improvement by refining systems, processes and documentation.

🔹 Requirements.

• 10 year’s experience in sales management.
• Proven track record in leading teams and driving sales performance.
• Strong emotional intelligence, communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and Pastel Accounting.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to work under pressure.
• Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport.
