Lead a High-Performing Sales Team
We’re looking for an experienced sales leader to drive performance, develop talent, and lead a team focused on partner growth.
This is a strategic leadership role where you’ll influence revenue outcomes, shape team culture, and build strong partner relationships.
What You’ll Be Doing
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals
- Drive a high-performance, accountability-focused culture
- Support career progression and ongoing skills development
- Recruit and retain top talent
Sales Performance & Strategy
- Set targets and monitor team performance against KPIs
- Ensure strong pipeline management and forecasting accuracy
- Drive consistent use of sales processes and CRM tools
- Analyse performance data to improve results
Partner & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders
- Collaborate on strategic plans to drive growth
- Ensure high levels of partner satisfaction and retention

What You Bring
- Proven experience leading sales teams (preferably field or SaaS)

- Excellent coaching, leadership, and communication skills
- Experience in partner ecosystems or accounting/financial services (advantageous)
