Job Title: Customer Success Manager

Location: UK (Hybrid home/office)

Salary Package: £30,000 – 35,000 Base + Bonus + Benefits.

The Role:

* Developing strong customer relationships to help them achieve desired objectives.

* Act as the voice of the customer providing valuable feedback and improvement strategy.

* Work closely with colleagues in the sales, marketing, product and engineering departments.

* Conduct customer satisfaction analysis to identify opportunities to improve retention rates.

* Regular reporting on customer health scores and feedback to the Head of Customer Success.

The Requirements:

* 1-2 years of Customer Success experience within a B2B SaaS environment, ideally FinTech.

* Expert in client relations and stakeholder management with excellent communication skills.

* You’ll need to be confident, high energy and able to articulate complex topics to customers.

* Passionate about creating value and the getting the best possible outcomes for customers.

The Process:

* 30 min video call with HR Manager

* 60 min video call with Head of Customer Success

* 90 min F2F meeting and presentation to sales leadership team
