Job Title: Customer Success + Services Team Lead
Location: Bournemouth or Newcastle
The Company:
· Market leading provider of a Sales Intelligence SaaS to Construction + Real Estate sectors
· Longevity in the market and a very reputable brand
· Doubled in size in the last 5 years
The Role:
· Improve client retention through customer service experience
· Develop and maintain pro active client touch processes, onboarding and training to maximise customer satisfaction
· Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution.
· Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused on that mission.
The Requirements:
· Proven work experience as a Customer Support/Service Manager in a SaaS or a Business Information Organisation
· Experience in change management and strategic planning
· Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques.
· Working knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools.
